All good things come to an end. Another 5 performances have gone by. Yesterday’s grand finale was full of fun and energy. The audience were the warmest out of all 10 performances. We were visited by the Prime Minister of Malta, Dr. Lawrence Gonzi. After the concert, we had an after-party at the Mediterranean Conference Centre and another one at Hacienda, lasting till the early morning hours. The experience in itself is very rewarding, as after all the hard work leading to the concerts, the money from the ticket-sales is donated to others less fortunate then us, such as the Salesian’s Mamma Margherita Home and other beneficiaries selected by the VOICES committee.
