In the end of June we started rehearsals for the last edition of VOICES, a best of celebrating the 25th anniversary from when the first concert was held back in 1991. We’ve been rehearsing twice weekly, and following this week’s break, we’ll be adding one more rehearsal weekly to that. The band have been rehearsing separately, and we’ll be joining them next week.
This year there has been a change in venue and number of days on which the concerts are held; the performances will be held at the MFCC (Malta Fair & Convention Centre) on 3 days, 7 to 9 October. Tickets can be bought online in aid of charity. A good number of songs have already been covered. I’m looking forward to wrap more songs out of the extensive repertoire that we are preparing, and also to continue this summer’s journey after starting out with VOICES back in 2008!
